As a Residential Cleaning Specialist, you’ll be responsible for ensuring that every home you service is left spotless, organized, and refreshed. You will provide high-quality cleaning services tailored to each client’s preferences and maintain our company’s reputation for excellence. This position requires reliability, great attention to detail, and a genuine passion for creating clean and comfortable living spaces.
Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and hallways.
- Dust furniture, fixtures, and decorative items using appropriate cleaning tools.
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors; clean carpets and rugs as needed.
- Disinfect and sanitize bathrooms, toilets, and kitchen areas to maintain hygiene standards.
- Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces without leaving streaks.
- Organize and tidy up spaces as instructed by the homeowner.
- Handle laundry, linen changes, and dishwashing upon client request.
- Refill supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet paper.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to management promptly.
- Use cleaning equipment safely and maintain it in good working condition.
- Follow company checklists and protocols for each cleaning job.
- Ensure confidentiality and respect for clients’ privacy and belongings.
Requirements & Skills:
- Proven experience in residential or hotel housekeeping preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Excellent time management and organization skills.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Good physical stamina and ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
- Friendly, professional attitude with strong customer service skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (if required).
